About Arco
Design and construction, under one roof.
Arco is an interior design studio in Riyadh, founded to close the gap between the drawing and the room.
Our story
Built to close the gap.
Too many interiors are drawn by one team and built by another — and the render rarely survives the handover intact. Arco started as an answer to that: a studio that keeps design and construction under the same roof, so nothing gets lost in translation between the two.
Since then we've carried that model across corporate, residential, hospitality and retail work — always the same five stages, always the same project lead from brief to handover.
Our ServicesHow we think
Four things we don't compromise on.
Not slogans — these are the rules every one of our projects is actually built on.
One team, start to finish
The designer who draws it and the crew who builds it work for the same company — so nothing gets renegotiated in translation.
No subcontracted designStandards over promises
Every stage is signed off in writing before the next begins. If it isn't documented, it isn't done.
Signed off, every stageThe room matches the render
Materials, lighting and finishes are specified down to the product code — not approximated on site.
Specified, not guessedOne project lead, always
The person who scoped your project on day one is the same person who hands you the keys.
Continuity by designPart of Sana Group
Backed by something larger.
Arco is part of Sana Group, a group of companies working across design, construction and real estate development in Saudi Arabia. That backing gives us the balance sheet, supply chain and bench strength to take on large-scale interiors without the risk a small studio usually carries alone.
It also means every Arco project draws on resources well beyond a typical design studio — procurement relationships, engineering capacity and construction expertise built up across the group.
